Introducing The Brubacher Block's Bug- Big Bertha!
So we've sent another lady bug out in the world, this one a little different.
We thought that making one big bug to sneak onto the front porch/steps of people on our block would have two benefits.
First, my kids would be guaranteed to see a lady bug anytime the wanted to.
Second, it would be an easy and fun way for us to make a teeny connection with some of our neighbours that we think would get a kick out of it.
This is amazing.
We had some new neighbours move onto our block, and what has become our new tradition, we left Big Bertha on their porch.
When we went back to pick her up a few weeks later, they had made her a set of babies.
